- Litigation & Representation: Represents the City in all legal proceedings—both as plaintiff and defendant—and provides recommendations to the City Council regarding settlements or dismissals.
- Board & Commission Support: Delivers timely legal guidance, research, and advisory support to all city boards, commissions, and committees.
- Legislative & Contract Drafting: Researches, prepares, and reviews municipal legal documents, including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and agreements.
