To start a new account fill out an application, see forms below, if you are unable to come to the office during working hours 8AM-4PM Mon-Fri., closed Holiday's, you can email us at ncumanager@gmail.com. However you will have to drop off or mail in your deposit. 

Items needed for a new Utility account

If you are purchasing your home

  • Application
  • Signed copy of settlement statement or Deed
  • Photo I.D. for everyone listed on the account

If you are renting or buying on Contract

  • Application
  • Signed copy of lease or contract
  • Photo I.D. for everyone listed on the account
  • $100 deposit payable by cash, money order or check
  • If buying, renting or leasing from anyone other than the legal owner you will need to come into the office to fill out additional paper work.

After your application has been received a representative will call you to start your service.
